THE NOBS

Imagine a world that merely operated on unconditional love and philosophy. If we had that world, I would consider it heavenly. I think the world we live in today is run by a bunch of insensitive people. We constantly preach that we are all the same, that we’re all equal; yet we really aren’t. Think about monetary values and social status. Somebody put us the- somebody formed some kind of society which runs basically on paper and proves our self worth. We value the little things naturally, yet we push ourselves to make an extra dollar. No matter what, we will always have to earn something of some form to get ahead. We live in a linear society, where we do things one thing at a time and climb up a ladder, so-to-speak, but what we don’t realize is that this isn’t forever. One cannot physically take money to one's own grave. Some people are in severe denial about this and focus themselves on a society that has some sort of monetary value, as well as simultaneously pushing these mortal thoughts into the back of their mind- into their subconscious. Those subconscious thoughts come out in dreams which people consider nightmares according to their level of fear within. A lot of people fear failure, but what are they really fearing? Are they fearing the judgments of others? Are they fearing not being able to get ahead? And what is your idea of getting ahead? We put so much thought into the linear physicality of everything we surround ourselves with, or better yet, are surrounded by, yet we don’t think outside of the box. Maybe the true meaning of getting ahead is to grow spiritually within. A monetary value is merely a temporary fix in order to make us feel like we are growing or getting ahead. Maybe it’s really a waste of time to falsely feel that way. If society was different and if we lived merely for ourselves and grew spiritually within every day, we would all learn from each other immensely. I mean, isn’t that why we were all put here in the first place? To learn? To grow? Spiritually? And fast? Unconditional love helps us grow and is the perfect medicine for our well-being. Why do you think we love dogs so much? It's because they never really seem to get tired of pure loyalty and unconditional love for us, asking for nothing in return and then, there’s us… the human beings who are so immensely focused on getting ahead. Family members get forced separated from greed or an extreme love for money… even friends too. What I consider family are those who are loyal, caring, and loving… and they don’t have to be blood-related. A family is a true bond and connection within people. If society ran only on positive emotions, things would never ever, ever be ugly.
